An application encryption key (APP_KEY) — the secret, and the recovery codes in encrypted mode, use Laravel’s encrypter
crypto-for-laravel, enums-for-laravel and package-toolkit-for-laravel — hard dependencies (the OTP primitives, the enum helpers and the service-provider base)
qr-for-laravel — optional, only to render the enrolment QR code server-side as SVG
