Artisan commands

Two maintenance commands, plus a section in php artisan about:

php artisan permissions:cache-reset     # flush the cached permission catalog
php artisan permissions:prune-orphans   # delete grant rows whose holder no longer exists
php artisan about --only=permissions    # show the resolved package setup

• permissions:cache-reset — flush the cached permission catalog, exactly like Permissions::cache()->forget(). Run it after bulk writes that bypass model events.
• permissions:prune-orphans — run Permissions::pruneOrphans(): delete model_roles and model_permissions rows whose holder no longer exists, and report how many were pruned.
• about --only=permissions — the role and permission models, holder key type, description fallback, whether tables are renamed, the Gate check state and the cache settings. The cache store, cache key and table names show only as DEFAULT, SET or a count — never their values.
