Requirements
- PHP 8.4+ with ext-bcmath (every amount operation)
- Laravel 12 or 13
- Optional: ext-intl — locale-aware formatting and parsing; a deterministic formatter is used without it
- Optional: ext-simplexml — the ECB exchange-rate driver (present in standard PHP builds)
- Roundly foundation packages enums-for-laravel and package-toolkit-for-laravel, installed by Composer
Official PHP Docker images don’t include bcmath by default:
