# Access review copilot

Periodic access reviews stop being a spreadsheet ritual. The agent collects entitlements across your systems, flags dormant accounts, privilege creep and risky combinations, prepares a focused review pack for each owner and chases sign-offs until the cycle is complete.

## What it solves

01

### Rubber-stamp reviews

Owners see flagged risks with context, not a 500-row export.

02

### Forgotten accounts

Dormant and ex-employee access surfaces immediately.

03

### Audit findings

Every review cycle is complete, on time and fully documented.

## How it works

1. 01

    ### Collect

Entitlements are pulled from your systems, directories and SaaS apps.

2. 02

    ### Analyze

Dormant accounts, privilege creep and risky combinations are flagged.

3. 03

    ### Review

Each owner gets a focused pack: what changed, what looks wrong, what to confirm.

4. 04

    ### Close

Sign-offs are chased automatically; revocations are tracked to completion.

## Before & after

### Without it

- Access exported to spreadsheets twice a year
- Owners approve 500 rows without reading them
- Ex-employee accounts stay active for months
- Auditors find the gaps before you do

### With it

- Entitlements collected and compared automatically
- Owners review flagged risks, not raw exports
- Dormant and leaver accounts surfaced immediately
- Complete, documented review cycles every time
