# Requirements

- PHP 8.4+
- Laravel 12 or 13
- MySQL or PostgreSQL in production; SQLite works for test suites
- The Roundly packages it builds on, installed by Composer with auto-discovered providers: package-toolkit, enums, lifecycle, comments (and through it likes, reports, approvals and media-library), attributes (and crypto), translatable, sluggable and query-builder
- Optional: teams-for-laravel (assign tickets to teams), permissions-for-laravel (agent roles that satisfy the tickets.\* abilities), metrics-for-laravel (ticket dashboards and trends)
- Optional: Laravel Sanctum for token-authenticated API calls
