# Installation

Require the package. The service provider and the Qr facade alias are auto-discovered — no manual registration:

```bash
composer require roundly-consulting/qr-for-laravel
```

The package ships no migrations, models, routes, jobs or events. Every config key has a working default, so publishing is optional — publish the config to override defaults, and the translations to reword the accessible titles, validation messages and error messages. English and Slovak ship out of the box:

```bash
php artisan vendor:publish --tag="qr-config"
php artisan vendor:publish --tag="qr-translations"
```

## Companion packages

Composer pulls in four small Roundly packages alongside Laravel — no third-party QR, image or compression library:

- crypto-for-laravel — base64 and SHA-256 for data URIs and ETags; its provisioning-URI builder makes Otpauth::totp() byte-identical to two-factor-for-laravel’s URIs.
- money-for-laravel — payment amounts are Money values (arbitrary-precision minor units, ISO 4217 currencies).
- enums-for-laravel — helpers on every enum (labels, options, validation rules).
- package-toolkit-for-laravel — the service-provider foundation.

Text, URL and otpauth codes work with only the QR service provider booted; payment payloads additionally need money-for-laravel’s currency registry, which is registered automatically.
